This is a wonderful family owned and run jewelry store ~ a bit of a hidden gem! Cyndee Poe and her kiddos are very talented, experienced and generous jewelers who truly care about their customers. They buy your old gold and silver pieces for a very fair price also! We highly recommend them for refurbishing and custom jewelry, however their cases are full of beautiful items too!

This lovely family owned sparkle spot is a long time go to of mine for my various jewelry needs. The family is amazing to the community. I'm in there often enough to have watched the team address all kinds of jewelry needs with warmth, patience, knowledge, experience, a sense of urgency in meeting the needs of the customer, honesty, straightforward communication, genuine care, and compassion. They show legitimate class in being a customer advocate. Even if it means a loss in profit for them, they will go out of their way to still be as helpful as possible in helping you with your needs. If they can't help, they happily guide you in a different direction. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It shows in their craftsmanship, range of services, and community love. They are clear with expectations, explain things thoroughly, and patient with questions. Short answer: Highly recommend 🤘

Georgetown Jewelry did an amazing job replacing the head on my 53 year old diamond engagement ring. It is absolutely beautiful. I don’t think it ever looked so sparkly. They also cleaned and replaced two sapphire stones on my great grandmother’s vintage white gold ring. I now have a gorgeous ring to match the beautiful vintage bracelet from GG. Last but not least, Georgetown Jewelry soldered and cleaned a ruby ring that I was gifted as a young girl. The ring has been sitting in my jewelry box for probably 50 years. Since I was getting other pieces repaired I thought I would bring this one in as well. I am so glad I did. The ring is beautiful. The ruby went from dull red to beautiful sparkling red. The band was soldered. I can now wear it for many years to come. I strongly recommend this family owned jewelry store for all your jewelry needs. They are warm, friendly, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to making decisions regarding jewelry repairs.

Best jewelry shop in town hands down for both purchases and repairs! I’ve had an opportunity to utilize their repair services on a precious piece of jewelry that was in need of repair and they were able to assess the issue and repair in less than 15 minutes. Speedy service, amazing hospitality and the kindest family jewelers in Georgetown. If you’re in need of repairs, visit them ASAP but definitely put eyes on their amazing inventory of fine jewelry too.

Gracie is the BEST! Professional, personable, and so knowledgeable! I went in wanting to design a custom wedding ring and she guided me through the whole process. She made helpful suggestions and even offered options to save money. The whole process only took 3 weeks. I’m absolutely in love with my new ring! I highly recommend Georgetown Jewelry and will absolutely be back!

Every single time I have been in Georgetown Jewelry on Williams Drive I have been impressed. Today was once again another wonderful experience-which led me to write a review! Gracie, her husband and her Mom are knowledgeable , professional, trustworthy and have excellent customer service. They even cleaned my jewelry while waiting! They are Kind, personable and clearly appreciate local patrons. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Gracie’ - you are the best.

Beyond excellent! Lovely family owned business with utmost transparency, fair pricing, and honesty. I had two small jobs that were completed on time, quality work, and within the quotes, even one being reduced (explaining less work was needed). The next was a custom ring with an heirloom diamond. They were helpful, patient with the decision process, made appropriate scale suggestions, and completed the ring ahead of schedule. It turned out beautiful. Their trade in pricing for old gold was also very fair. I recommend them without any reservations and have been totally happy with my projects. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The ring speaks for itself but they made the process so quick and painless. Sean helped my fiance custom design the ring and was able to turn it around in half the time we anticipated it being ready. Their customer service is amazing and their prices are extremely fair! Highly highly recommend!
